The standard non-refundable application fee is $50.00 per prospective resident. The fee for married couples is $100. Roommates and guarantors are required to complete separate applications and pay the associated fees.
We are currently not accepting anymore applications for the Fall 2026. Please call to inquire about other availability.
Once your application is completed and application fee is paid, you will be contacted by Stratford Village staff to go over the next steps.
